Recently, John Samuel & Associates completed in three months a very complex project for HRSDC in collaboration with the Canadian Race Relations Foundation in Toronto and the Laurier Institution in Vancouver.
The project involved the development of an Engagement Strategy for a Racism-Free Workplace. It involved over 40 focus groups, 33 workshops and 29 partnership sessions in eight cities – Vancouver, Regina, Winnipeg, Calgary, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. More than 15 consultants including several academics were involved.
